User Account / Email Address Claiming Process

  • If you are experiencing difficulties or need assistance in using this form to activate your MySanDiego USDOneUserInfo, please contact the ITS Help Desk at (619) 260-7900.

USD Policy Agreement:

  • Account privileges may be removed if abused.
  • The University of San Diego takes no responsibility for the integrity of the files in personal accounts.
  • All users are responsible for noticing important announcements in the welcome message, and by abiding by all rules relating to the use of University computing facilities including (but not limited to) rules posted in the labs and the Responsible Use Policy.
  • Employees: Your name and USD email address (username@sandiego.edu) will be listed in the online directory services unless otherwise requested at the Human Resources office. Employee accounts are valid until the time the employee leaves the university.
  • Students: Your name and USD email (username@sandiego.edu) address will be listed in the online directory services only when the directory is accessed from the campus network. If you wish to opt-out of the directory listing, please visit the One-Stop Student Center in person.
